Connecting with nature is grounding and inspiring.

For the fall season, I am so excited to offer occasional free half-day “mini retreat” hikes in the Washington, DC area.

I am a lover of hiking and the outdoors in general, and I do my best thinking and am most inspired when I am in nature.  Connecting with nature allows me to shift energy patterns that normally drag me down.

I am able to see clearly that I am not broken when I’m in nature.

If you’re an Abraham-Hicks fan, you’ll know what I mean when I say that when I am in nature, I am in the vortex.

I am love.  I am abundant.  I’m not afraid.  I feel amazing.

I want you to feel this too.

Mini retreats will consist of:

  • Welcome, intros and  talking points for our hike
  • The hike itself! Depending on group size, you’ll discuss the day’s topic as we move.
  • We’ll break for a snack and do some group shares and have a couple of 1-on-1 “laser coaching” volunteers
  • We’ll head back to our starting point, discussing the prompts given during the break
  • final activity and debrief

You will need:

  •  hiking boots/shoes, trail running shoes or a sturdy pair of athletic shoes
  • a day pack
  • journal and pen or pencil
  • water and a snack (granola bars, trail mix, nut, crackers are good options)

Optional:

  • sunglasses
  • bug spray, sunscreen
  • trekking poles

So exciting, right? And... it's absolutely FREE!

Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul.
