LONG BIO
Kortney Rivard is a certified life coach with specialties in health coaching and mental health coaching, as well as a certified personal trainer. She helps women in their 40s and 50s take get unstuck (and off that damn hamster wheel of life!), and start taking control of building strength, confidece, and energy that lasts – so that they’re able to build that kick-ass life they’ve always wanted.

Kortney began her career as an aerospace engineer.  After leaving the workforce to have children, she “tried on” several different careers like photography, personal training and sales before she found her true calling – coaching.

When her husband of 17 years came out as gay in 2014, she went through a painful divorce that was a catalyst for growth and rediscovering herself. She learned to love and believe in herself and started rebuilding her life. She’s also survived an emotionally abusive relationship post-divorce and learned to thrive after getting out of it.

Today, she is a coach and mentor to amazing women who desire a more joyful life.  She helps her clients in 1-on-1 coaching, group programs and transformational retreats.

Kortney has two kids and lives in Clarksburg, MD. She is also the host of the podcast Real, Brave, & Unstoppable.
