Did you know that 30 million Americans (men and women) will suffer from an eating disorder in their lifetime? That 50% of women use unhealthy behaviors to control weight? That 70% 18-30-year-olds don’t like their bodies?

Here’s another stat for you: The average woman is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weights 165 pounds. The average model is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weights 120 pounds. That’s a pretty big gap between what the media tells us is real and what actually IS real!

In this episode, you’ll learn the difference between body positivity and neutrality, and why when it comes to loving your body, neutrality, or acceptance is a good first step. I’ll also share several ways that you can start to practice body acceptance in your life.
