Did you know that choosing your thoughts is a thing?

You can choose your thoughts, on purpose, so that they better serve you.

Whaaat?!

It’s true.

Our brains operate something like this:

Something happens – a situation or a circumstance. We have a thought about it. Our thought causes us to feel something and then we act.

It’s a THINK-FEEL-ACT cycle.

In this episode of Real, Brave, & Unstoppable, I’m sharing with you how this works and what it means for you. I’ll teach you how your thoughts create your emotions which cause you to act a certain way. Your behaviors, or actions, determine your result, or outcome.

The good news is that you are capable of choosing your thoughts on purpose, which will change your behaviors and results!

When you can start to notice the thoughts you have about a given circumstance, you can start to see how this pattern works. And once you start to have this awareness, you can begin choosing your thoughts to better serve you.
