On today’s episode, I’m talking about how to rebuild your life after a setback or difficult time.
I’ve had many things “rock the boat” in my life, where I’ve had to kind of regroup and rebuild. But the one event that takes the cake is the discovery that my (now) ex-husband is gay and the subsequent divorce I went through.
There was a lot of rebuilding I had to do with that one!
I had to rebuild a career (I had been a stay-at-home mom for 12 years), my identity, my mindset, and more. I felt like I was starting my life over from scratch in many ways.
I’ve had a lot of people that follow me reach out wondering how they can get their lives back together too and get to a place where they feel like “themselves” again.
The secret is this: It’s so different for everyone.
And the thing to remember is that you won’t ever be “yourself” again. You’ll be an entirely different person, and likely more YOU than you’ve ever been in your life.

What I have to say in this episode of course applies to major setbacks in life, but you can also apply my thoughts to small “speedbumps” in life.

Here we’ll wrap up any unfinished business and create intentions for you to move forward into your life with this new way of being. You’ll have so much insight into where else you’re not showing up for yourself as well as a framework for how to work this same process with other patterns!
